■MDM series

UV curing is a process or method in which a polymerization reaction occurs by irradiating ultraviolet rays to an ultraviolet curing resin, turning it from a liquid to a solid. UV curing has been put into practical use in the printing field for things like stickers and labels, and is now used in all manufacturing fields, including semiconductors, electronics, and automobiles. In recent years, applications have expanded to new fields such as solar cells and nanotechnology.

・This is an ultraviolet curing device equipped with automatic substrate supply/storage (loader & unloader) equipment. - The substrate in the magazine rack is automatically sent to the UV irradiation stage, and after UV treatment, it is automatically stored in the magazine rack. - Adopted automatic conveyance and achieved a high-through top.

Furthermore, by incorporating an inline system, we can realize FA (Factory Automation) of the process.

■High power ultraviolet irradiation unit

High throughput is achieved by high-intensity irradiation using a high-power ultraviolet lamp. Furthermore, by installing an irradiation unit that can perform highly uniform irradiation, stable ultraviolet treatment without variations is possible.

■Comfortable operation

A large touch panel is used to increase ease of use. No complicated operations are required and anyone can easily operate it. Just by inputting the setting conditions, all operations are performed automatically from start to completion. Various settings and operations on the main unit are easy to perform by making selections on the touch panel.

■Supports boards up to 300mm (12 inches)

We can manufacture devices that accommodate up to 300mm (12 inches). We propose the optimal UV curing system to suit the shape and size of various workpieces such as ceramic substrates, alumina substrates, and wafers.

■Easy lamp replacement

The structure allows for easy replacement, reducing equipment downtime.
