■Features
A cold cathode lamp that emits electrons without heating the cathode. Ozone generation is also possible by using quartz glass in the bulb, which efficiently emits wavelengths of 185 nm. Because it is compact and has a long life expectancy of 10,000 hours, it is used as a light source for ozone generation and sterilization.
