About This Product

With "ANDPAD Inspection", inspections for each case can be paperless and inspection results can be shared in real time. In addition, inspection reports to be submitted to property owners can be output with the touch of a button. At the same time as preventing omissions in inspections, it also standardizes inspection work and contributes to stabilizing and improving construction quality. Main features of ANDPAD inspection

■Inspection report

Centralized management on the cloud enables consistent inspections. Inspection reports can be created as templates on ANDPAD and managed by linking them to projects. Eliminate omissions in inspections and reduce the time and effort required to organize reports. In addition to checking inspection items, you can also attach multiple photos and add comments, so you can leave detailed inspection results and contribute to the realization of inspections with consistent accuracy.

■Correction indication management

Manage correction exchanges on ANDPAD to prevent omissions in communication and response. For each inspection item, the person in charge of the inspection can attach photos and comments of the points pointed out, and send a correction request to the person in charge. The person in charge will then be notified and can send a request for approval along with photos and comments after taking corrective action. Since the exchange of corrections is completed on ANDPAD, there is no need to miss any communication or response.

■Cross-project management

Check the status of all tests at once on the list screen. Displays a cross-sectional list of the status of inspections and corrections at multiple sites. You can check the status in a variety of ways, such as narrowing your search by inspector or inspection status. By knowing who is inspecting what at what site, you can prevent omissions in the work of those in charge of inspection.

■Approval

Approval is also done on ANDPAD, and inspections are completed without any hassle for both supervisors and craftsmen. Test results can also be approved seamlessly on ANDPAD. The person in charge of the inspection simply selects the approver and submits the application. The approver confirms the request and selects "Approve" or "Remand", and if he or she sends it back along with the reason for the rejection, the details are communicated in real time, allowing for re-inspection on the spot, making inspection work much more efficient. Furthermore, multi-step approval is possible by specifying the following approvers.
