About This Product

CAMTRACK is an innovative inline transport unit that can produce multiple workpiece pitches with high precision on the same transport line. By exchanging carriers, product types can be easily changed, achieving automatic production with maximum efficiency in the smallest space. Features

■Various carrier movement patterns

High-precision screw cams used for carrier transport and positioning can be provided with spiral grooves of various workpiece pitches, making it possible to create multiple workpiece pitches for each process on a single base machine. Equipment operating efficiency can be improved by setting the optimal work pitch for each process in applications such as assembly, filling, and molding.

■Width 860mm slim design

Slim linear layout design allows production line configuration in minimum space. The factory layout can be utilized to the maximum efficiency.

■Repeatability=0.05mm

Built-in high-precision cam screw allows for precise assembly and inspection.

■Standard track length 2.5 / 5.0 / 6.0m

We have three standard track lengths available depending on the number of processes required. In addition, all widths are the same regardless of length.

■Strong carrying capacity of 15kg

Because it has a cam screw mechanism that is resistant to load fluctuations, it not only has a high payload capacity, but also allows stable operation even when performing heavy-duty work on a truck.

■High operational reliability

Due to the mechanical transport mechanism, it is possible to operate stably without being affected by slight load fluctuations or the surrounding environment. Compared to a full-servo type conveyor, there is no need for frequent fine adjustments, which saves the operator's time.
