About This Product

PGM40 is a precision reducer with a built-in parallel gear that offers excellent cost performance. The lightweight and compact body is also equipped with a hollow hole. A positioning unit that is versatile and easy to use. Features ■Backlash-less deceleration Adopts a smooth, backlash-free parallel gear reduction mechanism in which the input roller and output gear mesh under preload. Even including the intermediate gear, backlash is extremely small. ■Hollow output shaft There is a hollow hole in the center of the output shaft, so it can be used for wiring, piping, etc., or for applications such as combining two stages of PGM40 to create a 2-axis control unit. ■Bearing/Seal All bearings and oil seals are already installed. In particular, the large-diameter main bearings are designed and manufactured in-house. Not only does it offer excellent rotational accuracy, but it also offers short delivery times. ■Low inertia input shaft The input motor connection part of PGM40 has a thorough low inertia design.
