About This Product

The Dynastation GTB series is a servo reducer head with an orthogonal layout designed to solve problems in the field of automatic machinery and feedback from the results of advanced motion research. Features

■Provides electronic cam curve data based on motion research

You can use our own cam curve data. We offer curves with low jerk characteristics aimed at suppressing residual vibration. Setup is easy by simply inputting cam curve point sequence data into your motion controller. *You will need the passcode attached to the GTB series to use it.

■Roller gear cam reducer

Output motion is created by a roller gear reduction mechanism that is completely backlash-free. Rolling contact transmission using preloaded rollers and cams provides excellent motion transmission characteristics with no backlash, as well as friction-free and stable performance over long periods of time.

■Compact high strength housing

The body housing has been thoroughly slimmed down through stress-optimized design and precision casting of high-strength steel, achieving high body rigidity and compactness. The surface uses a coating that is scratch resistant and has excellent corrosion resistance.

■Deceleration selection system

There are two types to choose from: a high reduction type with large torque and a direct connection type with excellent accuracy during measurement. In addition, it is possible to change between high deceleration and direct connection type after purchase using conversion parts sold separately. In the event of a sudden change in specifications, it is possible to quickly make special changes to the GTB body. Usage example
