About This Product
Large amounts of paper with barcodes, QR codes, etc. printed on it can be sorted at high speed. Since the sorting rules are set on a machine or PC, the process is completed quickly and without mistakes, no matter who operates it.
■Automate the time-consuming and labor-intensive sorting work
Used in conjunction with a Duplo barcode sheet reader. A barcode sheet reader reads the barcode or QR, and the data and paper are sent to the reader sorter, where they are sorted based on that data. They are used in sorting work sites where mistakes cannot be tolerated, such as kanbans, inventory tags and delivery notes in the manufacturing industry, and shipping instructions and delivery notes in the logistics industry.
■Up to 8 towers can be connected
Equipped with a total of 11 pockets (10 pockets + reject pocket) per tower. When 8 towers are connected, it is possible to sort up to 88 pockets.
■Equipped with touch panel
A touch panel is mounted on the top of the machine for easy operation. The screen displays the number of sheets discharged from each pocket in real time. In the unlikely event of an error, the panel will display red, allowing you to grasp the machine status even from a distance.
