About This Product
Equipped with barcode/QR/OCR batch reading & image storage function. It has further evolved into a unit suitable for comprehensive management of slips. Equipped with a contact image sensor "CIS camera", it can scan the entire surface of the document and convert not only barcodes and QR codes but also various character strings into data. You can also save an image of the entire document.
SR-130 solves on-site issues in manufacturing and logistics industries.
■Assignment 1: “I want to read OCR characters and document characters and convert them into data.”
[Multi-species reading]
In addition to barcodes and QR, it is possible to read OCR character strings (alphanumeric characters) in up to 4 locations simultaneously.
■Assignment 2: “I want to read barcodes and QRs with different printing positions.”
[Reading ability]
It can be read even if the barcode is printed in the wrong position or direction, or if the paper is rotated. It also supports ground color and dropout color. It also supports ``dirty'' and ``chip'' barcodes that are normally difficult to read.
■Assignment 3: “Storing paper is difficult. I want to save it as an image.”
[Full-page image reading and image saving possible]
The entire paper can be scanned and saved as an image. You can save the images you need, such as saving all or saving only the scanned error slips.
■Challenge 4: “Paper sorting is troublesome”

Equipped with two trays that can be read and one tray that cannot be read. Scanned paper can be easily sorted into two locations.
■Challenge 5: “The operation of the inspection system is complicated and difficult”

A dedicated application is available that is easy to operate. Various settings such as reading conditions and font registration are easy to see on the screen, can be set visually, and can be easily modified.

■Equipped with ultrasound kit
Equipped with an ultrasonic sensor as standard for double feed detection. Among various types of slips, it is effective when reading gift certificates printed in dark colors. It is also equipped with an optical sensor.
*Ultrasonic and optical double feed detection are selective and cannot be used together.
■High-speed sorting of a wide variety of documents. Leader sorter RS-80 (sold separately)
- Connects to reader sorter RS-80 to quickly sort a wide variety of documents.
- Speed sorting of up to 200 sheets/min, improving work efficiency.
・10 pockets per tower, 8 towers can be added.
