■Features
Ion source options: Standard models feature electron ionization (EI) ion sources, and high-end models feature inductively coupled plasma (ICP) ion sources. This makes it possible to analyze different gas components. Adoption of bipolar electrodes: By using bipolar electrodes in the analysis section, ion transmittance is improved despite the small size. This allows data to be acquired with high sensitivity.
Equipped with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope): ASTON is equipped with SEM, which allows it to obtain data with higher sensitivity than conventional products.
