ASTON offers two versions: a standard model with reduced functionality and a high-end model equipped with two types of ion sources, focusing on ease of use and price. This allows users to choose the most suitable model depending on their purpose and application. In addition, ASTON is a device that combines flexibility and high performance for gas measurement in a wide range of industrial fields.

■Features
Ion source options: Standard models feature electron ionization (EI) ion sources, and high-end models feature inductively coupled plasma (ICP) ion sources. This makes it possible to analyze different gas components. Adoption of bipolar electrodes: By using bipolar electrodes in the analysis section, ion transmittance is improved despite the small size. This allows data to be acquired with high sensitivity.
Equipped with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope): ASTON is equipped with SEM, which allows it to obtain data with higher sensitivity than conventional products.
Real-time monitoring for industry: ASTON is suitable for real-time monitoring of processes such as semiconductors, industrial equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
