The ELD500 Precision Leak Detector quickly and accurately detects leaks in a wide range of applications, and is designed to be moved anywhere with easy interface control. The ELD500 features low energy consumption, a long warranty, and a long-life ion source, delivering superior low cost without compromising performance.
It has three types of models: "FLEX", "WET", and "DRY", making it highly versatile. All models feature rugged turbomolecular pumps optimized for rigorous portable leak detection, making them ideal for any application.
■Features
Mobile Solution: Lightweight and equipped with a carrying handle, it can be mounted on a benchtop or trolley. High sensitivity ≤5×10-13Pa・m2/s (≤5×10-12mbar・L/s in vacuum mode) ≤7×10-10Pa・m2/s (≤ 7×10-9mbar・L/s in sniffer mode) s) Helium leak rate measurement is possible.
Can be customized for any application You can choose from wet specifications equipped with an oil rotary vacuum pump, dry specifications equipped with a diaphragm vacuum pump, and flex specifications without a back pump.
Partial Flow Kit Wet specification/Flex specification can effectively exhaust large amounts of mixed flow. Accurate pinpoint leak operation is possible with a standard sniffer line of 4 m. Can be used up to 50m using the sniffer expansion interface.
Flexible remote control options Color touch screen control with local graphic display. Audio leakage display from speakers or headphones Data logging to local memory or USB memory Wired or wireless models available. Wireless model that can control up to 10 leak detectors simultaneously
