About This Product

Our ultra-low-temperature butterfly valves, which are used in the transfer lines of ultra-low-temperature liquids such as liquid fuel, liquid hydrogen, and LNG for space development rockets, have been delivered to LNG supply bases, receiving bases, and LNG ships, and have received high praise. I'm getting it. Additionally, as the only domestic manufacturer, we boast a track record of delivering metal seal fire-safe type valves for marine use (LNG carriers). Features

■High sealing performance

A structure that exhibits high sealing performance by cooling the seal and valve body with ultra-low temperature fluid. Furthermore, it has a self-sealing structure where fluid pressure increases the seal's tightness, so it maintains reliable sealing performance even with uneven temperature distribution.

■Contributes to reducing maintenance costs

Adopts a double eccentric valve body to maintain the durability and airtightness of the seal by suppressing the friction between the seal and the valve body that occurs when opening and closing the valve body. Achieved a reduction in the number of seal replacements.

■Selectable seal types

There is a UNI seal type, which is a one-side flow closing type, and a BI seal type, which is a double-flow prevention type.

■Prevention of external leakage by welding

There is no need to worry about external leakage as the bonnet above the valve body and the stem below the valve body are welded together.

■No need to retighten

Since it uses a fluororesin U-packing with a built-in stainless steel spring, there is no gland bolt and no additional tightening work is required.

■High Cv value

Since the valve stem does not pass through the inside of the valve body, a large fluid passage area can be obtained and a high Cv value can be obtained.
