About This Product

TIGO SF is an innovative coordinate measuring machine (CMM) designed for field use. Compact, rugged, and ergonomically designed, the CMM seamlessly integrates quality assurance right where it's needed most: on the production floor. Featuring intuitive operation, the TIGO SF is an easy-to-use machine for beginners, offering a variety of measurement functions and flexibility for experienced technicians. Features

■Open measurement range

Measurement range is 500 x 580 x 500 mm, open access is possible from the front and left and right sides.

■All-in-one design

The compact cantilevered structure of TIGO SF has a built-in PC and controller underneath the main table. Minimizes footprint and is easy to move

■Protective bellows cover

Implemented bellows cover for complete machine protection from dust and contamination

■Ergonomic workstation/jog box

Adjustable, easy-to-use monitor/keyboard tray and lightweight jog box that fits easily in your hand

■Working temperature range

Working temperature range of 15-30°C for precision measurements in environments where temperature control is difficult.

■Probing/scanning sensor

High-speed scanning sensor and touch-trigger probe technology with flexibility to adapt to each application

■Passive damper

Built-in passive damper to block the influence of vibration on measurements

■Fly2 mode

Probe trajectory optimization function minimizes part program execution time

■Granite measurement table

Granite measuring table with fixture bolt holes for easy workpiece positioning

■Eco mode

Save energy and money with Eco mode that automatically reduces power usage when idling

■Linear guideway for airless operation

Airless, low-cost machine that is robust enough to withstand harsh environments
