About This Product

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT500 is Hexagon's first all-in-one laser tracker with a built-in battery-operated controller, making it the most portable and easy-to-set-up Absolute Tracker family. From easy ultra-long distance reflector measurement to entry-level 6 degrees of freedom probing with B-Probeplus, the AT500's simple operability plays a key role in boosting productivity. Its robust design allows anyone to measure anything, anywhere.

■Measure anywhere

The AT500 has an IP54-rated dustproof and drip-proof structure, and has a wide operating temperature range of -15 to +50℃, making it possible to perform measurements anywhere from mountaintops to foundries.

■Next generation probing

The battery-powered B-Probeplus brings entry-level 6 degrees of freedom portable probing to the 3D tracker field. The probe is easier to operate than previous trackers, has a wider acceptance angle, and has a larger measurement range.

■Integrated features

The AT500's drive battery is built into the tracker head, making it an ideal system for setup and operation beyond traditional inspection areas.

■Real-time 6 degrees of freedom information display

B-Probeplus' digital display allows users to check measurement results directly at hand. This simplifies and speeds up probe measurements. In combination with the punch tool accessory, it is particularly useful as a support during drilling operations.

■Extended range

The maximum reflector measurement range of the AT500 extends to a diameter of 320m, making it an ideal solution for inspecting large structures such as antennas and ships.

■Easy manufacturing

The AT500's combination of one-button operation, connection to a WiFi access point, and built-in battery makes it the easiest tracker to use. In addition, measurements can be taken not only in an upright position but also in any orientation, including upside down.
