About This Product

Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is the first fully portable dynamic 6DoF laser measurement system. A robust solution for even the most challenging large-scale measurement applications, the AT960 delivers absolute speed, accuracy and portability. It provides simple, elegant, and fast dynamic measurements as standard and is compatible with Hexagon's top-of-the-line measurement sensors. The system is a single-unit solution for inspection with reflectors, probes, non-contact scanners, and production with real-time machine control. Combining high-end performance with excellent operability, this product is an ideal solution for applications in a variety of fields, including aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding, and manufacturing. The AT960 sets a new standard in the world of portable industrial measurement.

■Multipurpose and portable

Designed to be used seamlessly in the production process, it can be used in the quality control room, in-line, manually or fully automated with a robot.

■Unparalleled precision

AIFM allows the AT960 to measure any sensor with a maximum error of only ±10 microns.

■Multi-range measurement

Even if the distance between the tracker and the object to be measured is less than 5m, or for full-range high-precision reflector measurement up to 80m from the tracker, you can choose the most suitable model according to your application.

■Intelligent zoom

The multi-zoom lens of the built-in mini vario zoom camera controls the distance to the 6DoF sensor. This ensures that the LED target configuration is always clearly visible, improving the system's directional accuracy even at longer distances. .

■High-speed data collection

Trackers can collect location information at up to 1.000 Hz. Also, the contactless scanner can acquire up to 1.2 million points per second.

■Automation compatible

When combined with sensors such as the Absolute Scanner AS1, Absolute Scanner AS1-XL and Leica T-Mac, the AT960 supports automatic inspection, assembly, and production using robots.
