About This Product

The Surboonat Lanna series is an electric nutranna for equipment. Used by incorporating it in a machine. It boasts the highest tightening accuracy among the high -precision Estic products. Always self -diagnosis before operation, whether the functions such as error detection and torque management are working properly. Two series are available: Z55 with compact design and Z50 corresponding to the wide range.

The Z50 Master Control Unit achieves a high -dimensional tightening by a multi -axis program that can control up to 31 -axis AXIS control units.

It is an indispensable unit that controls tightening, such as a sequence program that does not depend on external devices, a FieldBus communication (optional) that does not depend on external devices, and a serial communication line with a fulfilling FieldBus communication (optional) PLC.

In addition, the dedicated interface can easily handle the set value maintenance and tightening record management, so that the line conservation can be performed quickly and accurately.

<Three functions to freely control tightening>
1. parallel operation of tightening program
By allocating the AXIS control unit for each of the four work groups to perform a parallel operation of up to four tightening programs, and the tightening of multiple devices can be controlled by one MU50.

2. Adopt the tightening operation sequence type program
Until now, "temporary tightening", "tightening", "loose", etc., which have been set individually, can be set in one tightening program as a series of tightening (up to 20 steps per program).

3. Simple sequence function
The MU50 sequence control function provides a simple program logic control function by A contact, B contact, and, or, and timer. This makes it possible to build a PLC less device.
