■TEDS: Plug and measure using transducer electronic data sheet

With TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet), you just plug it in and start. The transducer characteristics required for setting up the measurement chain are stored in the TEDS in the form of an electronic data sheet and read out by the amplifier. This greatly simplifies sensor handling. Simply choose from off-the-shelf sensors, amplifiers, cables, and connectors and configure as needed. TEDS modules can be integrated into either sensor cables or transducer plugs.
