The process monitoring system MP85A FASTpress accurately and quickly measures fitting signals up to 300 times per minute. 100% monitoring of installation process.

■Process controller MP85A: Pass/fail judgment in real time, complete evaluation of press and installation processes

The MP85A FASTpress monitoring system can acquire signals for pressing and installation processes such as riveting, punching, and press-fitting at 300 cycles per minute, making it extremely fast and with 24-bit high resolution. This industrial signal conditioner is ideal for monitoring production processes and inspecting finished products. The MP85A FASTpress uses up to nine configurable tolerance windows to identify problem areas in real time, for example to detect tool wear during production. This three-level FASTpress Suite software methodology includes PME assistant, visualization, and programming tools for any application. MP85A FASTpress can also be used for tactile testing of switching elements.

Optimal software package ・Highly flexible software package with industrial 3-level system ・Parameter settings using the free PME assistant - Plug-ins can be used for individual applications. *There are other features as well.
