Measurement control in real time: PMX is a high-precision, multi-channel data acquisition system suitable for measurement and monitoring tasks on test benches, machines and factories, especially for quality control.

■PMX data collection and control system: for test bench and production

PMX is a highly accurate, reliable and flexible measurement device designed for processing large amounts of data for high channel count applications. Process and record data via an industrial Ethernet interface. The TCP/IP interface provides an easy-to-use web interface for diagnostics and configuration. Small automation tasks can be performed directly through the built-in Soft PLC compliant with IEC-61131. ・2-16 channels per each module (individually expandable) ・Built-in calibration protocol ・Interface: Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet IP, TCP/IP ・Compatible with IoT (Internet of Things) for remote diagnosis and web integration

1. High precision - All measurement data stored directly on the device can be traced via the calibration protocol (EN10204 compliant). ・Continuous image digital signal adjustment: Torque, rotation angle, encoder, force, pressure, displacement, temperature, and general signals - High bandwidth and fast sample rate for industrial Ethernet interfaces ・Secure, provable and reliable measurement data. Reliable data collection of mechanical and electrical variables. 2. Modular structure ・Individual settings depending on required measurement variables and interfaces ・When using multiple PMX modules: automatic synchronization, simple connection to each cable ・LabVIEW/DIAdem driver and API available - Individually configurable and easily integrated into testbench software: PMX is compatible with any application. 3. Easy to operate ・Startup and diagnosis using web interface (WEB-GUI) ・Optional integration of IEC-61131 compliant SoftPLC ・Supports automatic sensor authentication using TEDS ・Easy to set calculation channels for signal processing and analysis *There are other features as well.
