About This Product

■Small solid state propagation noise sensor

Push-on sensor designed for solid-borne noise measurements in tight, hard-to-reach locations in a test stand environment BKS10 is a small pressure-type sensor designed to enable high-quality measurements when attached to the evaluation target without using adhesives or fixing jigs. The sensor consists of a silicon column and a mounting post with an attached accelerometer. Cables are routed within mounting posts and silicone columns to minimize space requirements and protect the accelerometer cables. The mounting post is attached to the test stand's shaker, which presses the accelerometer against the evaluation object during the test. The contact surface of the accelerometer is equipped with a small steel ring and is electrically isolated to prevent malfunction. The lightweight (1.7g) design, the relatively large contact surface of the accelerometer, and the vibration absorption capacity of the silicone ball minimize the impact on the resonance point.
