About This Product

■DISCOM Mobile

DISCOM Mobile is an in-vehicle acoustic quality system for correlation of test stand data and finished vehicles. DISCOM Mobile is a portable acoustic measurement system specifically designed for the correlation of finished vehicles and test stands. This correlation is very important in order to mask difficult-to-predict vehicle interior acoustic results and to account for and compensate for the transmission path of parameters on the test stand. The system consists of four microphones, one accelerometer, a front end, and a laptop PC with DISCOM mobile software installed. Once data is collected, it can be compared with test stand data to refine test stand parameter tolerances to improve end-of-line test results.

■Function

・Rotation synchronization analysis ・Order analysis using four microphones: The order spectra are averaged to correct vehicle interior resonance caused by standing waves. ・Order analysis of vibration signals ・Spectogram of recorded sound and vibration order depending on speed ・Order track and online order spectrum As a feature of the DISCOM NVH analysis system, all data can be tracked and inspection parameters can be continually refined.
