DISCOM Noise and Vibration Analysis is the ideal system for inspecting the end-of-line acoustic quality of transmissions (manual, AT, CVT, DCT), gearboxes, axles, electric motors and eDrives. We can propose detectors, data collection hardware, and software according to production volume and product complexity.

The production line and the product itself depend on the customer and their requirements vary. DISCOM Noise and Vibration Analysis is modular and can be easily configured to suit your needs. By adding detectors (accelerometers, microphones, or a combination) and front ends, it can be customized to suit the production volume and complexity of the production line.
The system also includes access to the expertise and experience of engineers who can work with you to ensure continuous adjustment of parameters, configuration and software settings, hardware installation, etc.

All data in the DISCOM NVH analysis system is stored locally and includes the ability to migrate to a database that can then be accessed remotely. All data can be tracked, problems can be identified, and their causes can be investigated.
In addition, by using DISCOM Mobile, in order to confirm the correlation between the test stand and the completed vehicle, abnormal noises or vibrations that occur only in the completed vehicle are collected, and the data is provided for refining parameters during inspection.
