About This Product

■SomatXR MX1615B-R

Environmentally resistant strain gauge bridge amplifier module The strain gauge amplifier module MX1615-R is the perfect solution for stress analysis. One unit can support up to 16 4-gauge, 2-gauge, and 1-gauge strain gauges, and can measure all mechanical quantities. The following inputs are available for selection. ・Voltage signal (±60V) ・Potentiometer ·resistance ・Resistance temperature sensor PT100 The strain gauge amplifier module MX1615-R is based on HBM's patented 4-wire, 5-wire, and 6-wire circuits with a carrier wave system and periodic automatic adjustment. This makes the instrument extremely robust, immune to electromagnetic noise and free from thermal interference from converters, high currents, electric motors, temperature effects, etc. Wiring can be kept to a minimum as measurements can be made by installing it very close to the measurement point.

SomatXR can be used in conjunction with other data acquisition systems (e.g. the QuantumX series of data acquisition systems). Each data collection system can be easily configured individually for the usage environment. The interface is Ethernet TCP/IP IEEE 1588 (PTPv2 synchronization).

■Dedicated support software

SomatXR can be combined with the powerful support software catman and a wide range of other tools. You can enjoy many benefits such as easy data collection, easy-to-read display, multi-functional analysis, and perform ideal data processing.
