About This Product

■QuantumX series MX1615B/MX1616B

No need for a bridge box, saving space. Directly connect 16ch strain gauges

■QuantumX Strain Gauge Bridge Amplifier Module - MX1615B/MX1616B

The QuantumX series strain gauge bridge amplifier modules MX1615B/MX1616B are compatible with 4-gauge, 2-gauge, and 1-gauge strain gauges, strain gauge-type sensors, potentiometers, resistance temperature detectors (PT100), voltage (+/-10V), etc. This is a bridge amplifier module that can collect signals with high stability and accuracy. Ideal for measurements that simultaneously collect strain, force, and displacement and measure temperature. Equipped with 16 sensor inputs in a compact housing, multi-channel measurement is possible in a small space. It is used for static strain testing for FEM analysis, quasi-dynamic testing such as life analysis, monitoring, material testing, residual stress analysis, maintenance (e.g. mechanical investigation of PCB circuits), and for general field testing. It can be used for applications such as recording load data. TEDS support, a common feature of the QuantumX series of data acquisition systems, allows for quick sensor detection with plug and measure, and arbitrary scaling allows for combination with all other QuantumX modules.

■Features

1. High precision ・Patented circuitry (4-/5-/6-wire technology, carrier wave method, regular automatic adjustment of all input channels) - Robust body provides highly accurate measurement data even in locations prone to magnetic field interference and thermal interference (reduces the effects of inverters, large currents, electric drive systems, temperature effects, etc.) ・High sampling rate of up to 20kS/s can be set individually for all channels, wideband - Highly accurate, interference-free measurement data - supports both dynamic and static measurements. Adopts a carrier wave method to collect clear data even in noisy measurement environments, such as in locations with a lot of interference or when using long-distance cables. 2. Speedy and efficient ・Automatic channel adjustment for each sensor with plug & measure ・Internal shunt connection allows instant sensor calibration and operation check ・Push-in plug type allows quick setup *There are other features as well.
