The QuantumX MX238B is a 4-gauge ultra-high performance amplifier module with 2 channels, ideal for calibration and test and measurement in test labs.

■25ppm high precision amplifier module QuantumX MX238B

To exploit the full potential of static measurements for tasks like calibration, measurement signals must be acquired with extremely high accuracy. QuantumX MX238B is a 2-channel high-precision strain amplifier module that achieves a maximum accuracy of 25ppm (0.0025) and enables ultra-high-precision measurement using a 4-gauge strain gauge. It is compact, easy to carry, and suitable for on-site measurements. In addition, it is equipped with the patented HBM background calibration function, which eliminates the need to interrupt measurement when performing comparison calibration with internal reference values. It can be seamlessly integrated with various fieldbuses and can perform synchronized measurements with other QuantumX series and measurement systems via Ethernet PTPv2. Furthermore, HBM can provide a complete measurement chain including the MX238B and the data acquisition software catman software for the setup of sensors (torque, force, pressure) as reference devices.
