About This Product

The data acquisition system CANHEAD can be installed near the measurement point, reducing wiring and achieving high data quality with excellent cost performance.

■Supports input of up to 20,000 channels - data acquisition system CANHEAD

The data acquisition system CANHEAD is a multi-point measurement system that is suitable for static to quasi-static measurements and is suitable for long-term monitoring, fatigue tests, static structural tests, etc. Suitable for use in aerospace and construction industries. Since it can be placed close to the measurement point, wiring is reduced and excellent cost performance is achieved. Material and installation costs can also be significantly reduced. By using CANHEAD as a communication master in combination with MGCPlus and catman software, you can build a data collection/analysis chain that is optimal for multi-point input.

Adaptability ・Various base modules that support 1-gauge, 2-gauge, and 4-gauge strain gauge input as well as voltage input ・1 gauge type is compatible with 3-wire type or 4-wire type ・Universal amplifier module that allows plug-in input ・Various expansion possible with high flexibility 2. Reliability ・High noise resistance due to carrier wave method (600Hz) ・Separate temperature compensation channel is set for 1-gauge measurement. ・T-ID and TEDS support makes sensor recognition and scaling easy ・Improve measurement efficiency with excellent operability 3. Decentralized ・Up to 12 CANHEAD modules (MGCplus input board) can be connected ・Realizes “True Daisy Chain” where one cable can be used for power and data ・Can be installed near the measurement point ・Lightweight (approx. 700g) ・Reduced wiring and easy installation
