About This Product

■Highly reliable displacement measurement using loose plunger

The loose plunger type displacement sensor WA-L provides reliable and highly accurate measurement results. Tested over 1,000 times in a variety of applications.

■WA-L: Compact design electromagnetic induction displacement sensor Maximum measurement range 500mm

The loose plunger type WA-L series is a technically sophisticated and proven electromagnetic induction displacement sensor that is characterized by its compact design (relative to its measurement range). The compact dimensions of the sensor are due to the use of an active single-gauge bridge circuit based on the differential inductor principle. This bridge circuit is built into the sensor and is used as a 4-gauge bridge circuit by connecting the sensor WA-L to a measurement amplifier. The displacement sensor WA-L is resistant to dirt, has a robust mechanical structure, and has extremely stable temperature characteristics. Therefore, it is applicable to almost all fields of industry and has achieved remarkable results in displacement measurement.

Stable and robust ・Robust mechanical structure ・Dust resistance ・Can be used with protection class up to IP67 depending on the version ・High impact and vibration resistance according to DIN EN 60068 ・Insensitive to electrical interference due to carrier frequency of 4.8kHz ・Highly reliable and stable measurement with no visible wear or tear even after long-term use 2. Various types available ・8 measurement ranges: 0-2mm, 0-10mm, 0-20mm, 0-50mm, 0-100mm, 0-200mm, 0-300mm, 0-500mm ・Choose from 6 types of cable/plug types - Choice of three types of connectors or loose ends for connecting to data acquisition systems or measurement electronics ・High temperature version (up to +150℃) also available ・Select nonlinearity of 0.1% or 0.2% (selectable for many types) ・Electronics can optionally support V output signal instead of mV/V ・Overall, over 6,000 combinations - Configurable with a wide variety of options, allowing you to choose the displacement sensor ideally suited to your individual application
