About This Product

■Small - Highly durable even in high temperature environments

With a diameter of just 16mm, the pressure sensor P60 series is a true "ultra-miniature sensor." It supports a wide range of applications and can be used in high temperature environments.

■Small pressure sensor P60: Maximum pressure 200bar; Maximum operating temperature 150℃

Due to its small size and ability to withstand a wide temperature range, the pressure sensor P60 series is ideal for all types of hydraulic pressure measurements where the measuring object is moving, such as hydraulic pressure measurement in vehicle gearboxes, monitoring of hydraulic systems and coolant circuits. The P60 sensor provides high-precision measurements with an accuracy class of 0.3, making it particularly suitable for pressure measurements for research, testing and development purposes. The use of strain gage technology allows for both highly accurate measurements of static pressures and safe measurements of dynamic pressures. P60 sensors are available in four nominal (rated) pressure ranges and six threaded connector types. The small connector that connects directly to the sensor and the highly flexible sensor wiring make it easy to install even in tight spaces. *This product is provided in partnership with Kyowa Dengyo Co., Ltd.

Light and compact ・Very compact design: 16mm diameter, 35mm length (20.5mm only without connector) ・Sensor weight: ~20g (without cable), reducing the effect of sensor weight on the test object ・Accurate pressure measurement is possible with minimal space: multiple measurement points can be set on the test object 2. Easy to install ・Small connector that can be connected directly to the sensor - 3mm height allows flexible wiring ・Tightening torque: 18~20nm ・Easy ventilation ・The sensor can be installed in a short time even under adverse conditions, and the convenient small connector allows the sensor wiring to be installed even with the sensor alone. 3. Flexibility ・Choose from 4 nominal (rated) pressure ranges: 20bar, 50bar, 100bar, 200bar - Several thread types are available: (eg) R1/8; M10×1,0; G1/8 ・Sensor wiring length 4m (disconnected end) ・Stable even with overload (150%) ・Permissible temperature range: -40 to +150℃ ・With a wide variety of product groups, we can support a variety of applications, so we can provide the appropriate pressure sensor solution.
