About This Product

■MN range force transfer standard

For mutual comparison between calibration systems and as a reference force transducer for calibration machines with hydraulic force generators.

■C5 transfer standard: Nominal load from 5MN to 20MN

The C5 force transfer standard achieves class 00 according to ISO 376 with a measurement range of 40-100% of the respective nominal load. In order to obtain high reproducibility, the effects of eccentric loads and bending moments are reduced by placing strain gauges. With C5, you can equip yourself with the equipment you need depending on your purpose. Additionally, an optional double bridge allows separation of reference and input signals and the implementation of electrically isolated emergency shutoffs. The bending moment bridge helps detect bending moment inputs in the calibration equipment and can also provide important information about changes in the machine when C5 is used as a reference sensor. Sensors are generally robust and can withstand overloads well. Additionally, all C5 reference sensors have a removable base plate for easy handling. In addition, a thrust piece that complies with ISO376 is included in the package.
