About This Product

■High capacity stainless steel load cell

Extremely high ratings for unparalleled precision and robustness

■Load cell RTN: Highly accurate weight measurement up to 470t

The load cell RTN is thin, boasts high accuracy, and supports a wide measurement range (1~470t). Suitable for various tank measurements and platform scales, it can be used for a very wide range of applications such as tank scales and truck scales. It has a unique ring shape that is different from general load cells, and is almost unaffected by lateral force. Additionally, because the input resistance is high and power consumption is low, battery-powered measurements are also possible. High temperature options (up to 110°C) are available for use in foundry processes. It has a high protection rating of IP68/IP69K, so it can be used outdoors and in extremely humid locations. IECEx-ATEX certified types are available for use in explosive atmospheres.

High precision measurement ・Achieves high accuracy and SN ratio with 2.85mV/V output signal - Strong against lateral forces due to ring-shaped strain gauge and special design - High input resistance (>4,350Ω) minimizes current consumption ・Maximum 3,000d (OIML R60) 2. Extremely robust ・Wide operating temperature range: -30℃ to +80℃ (up to +110℃ with option) ・Made of stainless steel ・High durability against chemical substances ・Cable cross-sectional area is large and is less affected by low temperatures ・Explosion-proof specification available (IECEx-ATEX-Zone 1/21) ・Option: Halogen-free cable can be selected as required ・Option: Can be used in permanent high humidity environments with protection class IP69K ・Suitable for harsh environments: Made of stainless steel, protection class IP68 (IP69K optional), explosion-proof specification 3. Wide range of applications ・Thin design ・Optimize parallel connections by correcting eccentricity (off-center) errors, etc. ・Choose from 14 types of maximum rated capacity ・Cable length and cable type can be selected ・Easy integration into equipment using RTN/M measurement module ・Various types of products and accessories allow for flexible application to a wide range of applications
