About This Product

■DSE-HIE: Future-proof EHEDG-compatible sensor electronics

Innovative digital sensor electronics (DSE) are ideal for use in highly dynamic and automated weighing and industrial automation applications. The signals provided by analog strain gauge-based sensors such as load cells or force transducers are digitized and transmitted via an integrated multi-protocol unit to all common industrial Ethernet protocols (PROFINET RT/IRT, EtherCAT and Modbus/TCP). Easy installation close to the Ethernet interface and sensor allows for efficient integration. The standardized CiA 461 command set further reduces the time required to get your system up and running. An intuitive web interface simplifies parameter configuration and measurement acquisition, eliminating the need for additional software. The DSE is housed in a compact stainless steel housing. The EHEDG-compliant hygienic design enables use in applications requiring the most stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards, such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, industrial processes, and factory automation. Thanks to the protection class IP67/68/69K, the device is optimally protected and can be cleaned with a high-pressure washer or using a CIP (clean-in-place) system.
