Due to its high rigidity, the single point load cell PW12C is ideal for fast, dynamic weighing operations, especially with large platforms.

■Single point load cell PW12C: High precision measurement on a large platform

Single point load cells comply with accuracy class C3 multi-range and are suitable for high precision measurements. It is suitable for static and highly dynamic applications such as scales, weighing building materials or filling fluids and gases. The eccentricity (off-centre) error compensation feature provides optimal weighing results and is ideal for single-point applications including large weighing platforms up to 800 x 800 mm. The PW12C is equipped with high stiffness and proven HBM strain gauge technology, demonstrating unique dynamics on the market. Single point load cells have individually adjustable overload protection mechanisms. Additionally, with an IP67 protection rating, the PW12C is designed to withstand humidity and pollution. The cable shield is connected to the load cell body and is therefore well protected against electromagnetic noise. The PW12C is also available in explosion-proof versions and with balanced signal outputs for parallel connection.
