The PW27A single point load cell is extremely robust and easy to clean. This load cell guarantees accurate weighing results in compliance with the highest hygiene requirements. Ideal for food and pharmaceutical industries.
■PW27A: Highly hygienic measurement of weight up to 20kg
With load cells from the PW27A product series, companies that weigh and fill for food production will be well-equipped to meet any future challenges. Designed for low capacities of 0-10kg and 0-20kg, the load cells comply with strict EHEDG specifications, making them ideal for filling, packaging and weighing beverages and other food products.
The stainless steel measuring body is specially designed in combination with the stainless steel pipe housing, making the PW27A load cell hermetically protected and extremely robust (IP68/IP69K degree of protection). This allows you to use a pressure washer for a thorough cleaning in a short amount of time.
Built-in and encapsulated overload protection (up to 10 times the maximum capacity) will not damage the functionality of the PW27A load cell even if someone accidentally steps on it (e.g. when cleaning the machine). The PW27AP version of the load cell is also available with a connector connection type for even faster installation and maintenance.
