The MCS10 multi-axis sensor can measure up to six different forces and moments simultaneously with virtually no signal crosstalk for accurate measurement results.

■Component force meter MCS10: Measures a total of 6 types of force and torque with all channels accuracy grade 0.1

The component force meter MCS10 can simultaneously measure the force in three axes (Fx, Fy, Fz) and the torque of each axis (Mx, My, Mz). The MCS10 is suitable for mechanical engineering applications, ideal for bench testing, and research and development. Measures 3-dimensional data with a maximum accuracy grade of 0.1. The MCS10's innovative flange construction provides the best possible measurements. In a typical component force meter (multi-axis sensor), the individual signal channels may influence each other. The force meter MCS10 minimizes this type of interference, called crosstalk, and ensures a problem-free signal. HBM also offers a separate compensation matrix for the MCS10 in combination with the HBM instrumentation amplifier to further improve accuracy. When using optional TEDS technology, the installed data acquisition unit automatically detects the MCS10. This allows it to be used immediately without any parameter settings. The measurement axes of all sensors can be set independently of each other. HBM combines the reliability and flexibility of readily available, quality-controlled standard products with the experience of custom sensors. ・Accuracy grade: max. 0.1 ・Protection grade: up to IP67 (EN60529 compliant) ・Measurement range: Max. 200kN in axial direction, Max. 3.5kN・m in lateral direction
