About This Product

■Ideal for high temperature applications

The LS31HT strain gauge is ideal for applications involving weldable objects used in high-temperature environments, such as mechanical load analysis of public facilities and general buildings.

■LS31HT: Welded strain gauge for high temperature and harsh environments

LS31HT is a strain gauge that is used by spot welding to steel structures and materials. It is ideal for use in construction sites and production plants where the installation environment is poor and where the clean adhesive surface necessary for bonding is not available. In such environments, regular strain gauge adhesives are not durable enough. The strain gauge LS31HT can be installed by simple spot welding. Connected with 0.5m stranded wire.

■Features

1. Robust ・The gauge is on a carrier foil covered with transparent silicone rubber and can be spot welded. ・Adaptable to harsh operating conditions 2. Easy to install ・Easy to install with spot welding ・Long service life as it is permanently installed in the structure 3. High reliability ・Withstands high temperatures from -50℃ to +250℃ (300℃ for short periods) ・4-wire configuration ・Provides accurate measurement results even under harsh conditions and environments
