About This Product

A high-performance drive unit that integrates a feed screw and stepping motor without a coupling. The motor is directly attached to the shaft end of the ball screw, creating an ideal structure in which the ball screw's axis becomes the motor's rotation axis, resulting in minimal lost motion. The direct mounting structure eliminates the need for couplings and makes the longitudinal dimension more compact. This is the ultimate All-in-One product that integrates a rotary encoder, servo driver, and controller into a compact linear actuator. A stepping servo motor is directly attached, making it ideal for no step-out, high-speed operation, and compactness.

■Features

・This product is ideal for no step-out, high-speed operation, and compactness, with a stepping servo motor directly attached to a rolled ball screw with accuracy class Ct7. - By processing servo and controller calculations at high speed with a digital signal processor (DSP), the peripheral circuitry has been simplified and miniaturized, and the rotary encoder, servo driver, and controller are all built into the actuator. - Various parameter settings, servo adjustments, and control programs can be created from a PC (RS-422/485 communication) using dedicated software. ・Since most of the troublesome wiring is completed inside the actuator, it is possible to significantly reduce wiring. *This product is made to order.
