About This Product
We have C3 and C5 class precision ball screws, and the fixed shaft end has been standardized and machined in advance. By processing the support side end, it is possible to procure the desired shape in a short delivery time.
■Accuracy grade and axial clearance
There are two accuracy grades for the SG series (precision ball screw standard stock item): C3 and C5 (JIS B 1192-3). We also have axial clearances of 0 (preload: C3) and 0.005mm or less (C5) in stock, depending on the accuracy class.
■Material and surface hardness
The SG series (precision ball screw standard stock item) uses SCM415 (carburized and quenched) for both the screw shaft and nut, and the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 to 62.
■Lubrication
The SG series (precision ball screw standard stock item) is coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust when the terminal is unprocessed. Please note that anti-rust oil does not have a lubrication function, so please supply a separate lubricant when using it. Unless otherwise specified, we recommend KSS original grease (MSG No.2).
