The newly developed "Smart Algorithm" maximizes the characteristics of the motor, achieving high speed rotation and high torque.

Position control, speed control, push control, and torque control are possible. You can instantly switch to each control mode, so you can achieve optimal control for your equipment.

■Reducing takt time

Switching operation from closed-loop control to open-loop control is possible. Since settling time can be reduced, takt time can be shortened.

■Highly reliable system

This is a closed loop system with no step-out, equipped with an optical encoder.

■High response

It can generate instantaneous torque of up to 150% of the rated torque, making it ideal for quick start and stop operations.

■Various lineup

The lineup includes pulse train input and command input via RS485 serial communication. Optimal control from 3 types of modes: You can choose the most suitable mode for your application from 3 types: full-time closed, dual, and full-time open.

■Full-time closed

・Control method: Optimal current control according to load ・Features: Low vibration, no step-out, low heat generation

■Dual

・Control method: Open/close switching at rotation speed near stop ・Features: No step-out, no hunting, positioning, shortened settling time, low heat generation
