About This Product

It is essential to take measures to prevent malfunctions caused by static electricity in electronic devices. This product enhances the design by coating metal and plastic materials, and has excellent antistatic properties that quickly attenuate generated static electricity. Features

■2-component room temperature drying paint

Both room temperature drying and forced drying are possible, making it ideal for large metal products that cannot be baked dry. For plastic products, forced drying is recommended to ensure uniform coating properties.

■Safe and reliable conductivity

It is possible to maintain stable antistatic function over a long period of time.

■Achieves both toning (light color) and conductivity

It is possible to adjust the hue with high whiteness.

■Excellent physical properties

It is possible to create coatings with high hardness and excellent solvent resistance.

■Applications

Preventing static electricity in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, precision equipment, communication equipment, large products, plastic products, etc. How to use

■Pretreatment

Please thoroughly degrease the painted object before painting.

■ Stirring

Please stir thoroughly before use as conductive materials may have settled.

■Dilution/mixing

The mixing ratio is base agent: hardening agent: thinner = 8:1:2~3. Please measure the weight based on the weight ratio. Please use Thinner4000 series diluent.

■Painting

・Air pressure 0.3~0.5MPa ・Standard film thickness 30~40μm ・Nozzle diameter 1.2~1.5mm ・Amount of application: approx. 160g/m2

■Drying

・Dry to the touch 25℃×10~15 minutes ・Curing and drying 25℃ x 8 hours ・Forced drying 60℃ x 30 minutes ~ 80℃ x 20 minutes ・Complete curing at 25℃ x 7 days
