About This Product

■Summary

・Thermal foam gasket (TFG), an innovative heat dissipation material (thermal diffusion material), uses graphite with excellent horizontal thermal conductivity to quickly transfer heat from heat sources (circuit elements, etc.) to heat sinks and metal plates. It is a heat-conducting component that functions to reduce the temperature of the heat source by dispersing heat widely. ・Since heat-resistant urethane foam is used as the core material, the recovery rate is excellent and the adhesion is improved, resulting in excellent heat transfer effects. ・It can be used for a wide range of purposes without the limitation of thickness, which is a disadvantage of silicone pads. Example) Demonstrates heat conduction effect even in spaces larger than 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm. ・Comparison with conventional silicone pads

■Features

・Uses graphite with excellent horizontal thermal conductivity (400W/mK) - Wrapping both the graphite surface and sides with PET film prevents particles from being generated from graphite. ・It has excellent elasticity and there is no need to apply excessive pressure to the PCB, so there is no problem with the PCB bending. - Can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes depending on the application, and thermal performance and hardness can be easily adjusted. ・Many related patents available
