About This Product

■A More Powerful Automatic Labeling Device That Can Be Mounted on Existing Spreading TablesSHIMA SEIKI's automatic labeling device P-LAB has been renewed. The supported fabric thickness has been increased from 55mm to 130mm, and a faster head improves production efficiency. The P-LAB2 is a device that prints information required for pickup, such as size and part number, on labels and automatically applies them onto the fabric to be cut. By applying labels at the optimal position based on piece data, it facilitates management in subsequent processes.

Since the P-LAB2 can share marker data created with our CAD system SDS-ONE APEX Series, there is no need to create new data or full-scale markers. In addition, production efficiency is improved because labels are applied in a self-propelled manner and labeling can be performed in parallel with cutting. The P-LAB2 can be used mounted on a spreading table you already own.
