■Features
・Odor barrier...Suppresses the transfer of odors from the outside of the tube to the fluid and the permeation of odors generated from the fluid to the outside.
・Oxygen barrier...Has more than twice the barrier performance of commercially available PE tubes, suppressing oxygen from entering the tubes and the formation of air bubbles inside the tubes.
・Plasticizer-free: We use oil-free materials that do not contain plasticizers, which are a factor in leaching substances.
・Low elution/low odor...Suitable for food and beverage applications as there are fewer leached substances compared to PVC.
・Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of polyethylene and has excellent chemical resistance.
・Green procurement: Does not contain 10 substance groups or is below the threshold of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019.
・Food hygiene: Conforms to the Food Sanitation Law and standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, 1958). *“Act to partially amend the Food Sanitation Act, etc.” (enforced on June 1, 2020)
