About This Product

■Features

This hinge incorporates a stronger spring compared to conventional hinges. The spring is made of iron, which has a high spring load. Furthermore, a different treatment than plating is used to prevent a decrease in spring toughness. A no-load range for the spring has been established, which is not found in conventional spring hinges. This makes installation easier.

■Applications

Doors for construction machinery, doors for large machine tools, opening and closing lids for large trash cans, etc.

■Precautions

・1. Use within the reference spring load range a and b. Excessive folding of the hinge piece may cause spring fatigue and damage. ・2. When using vertically, install with hinge piece (B) on the movable side.
