About This Product

■Features

This washer provides a locking mechanism by press-fitting it onto the ends of screws and bolts after panel insertion. The claws engage with the threaded portion for a secure fit.

■Applications

Prevents screws and bolts from falling out.

■Precautions

When tapping holes in the housing, countersink the holes. For installation, use the recommended jig and insert the washer parallel to the threaded portion in the direction shown in the diagram. If not parallel, significant deformation of the washer may occur. Even when parallel, some deformation may occur. To remove, hold and rotate with a monkey wrench or cut the washer with wire cutters. The removed product cannot be reused.

■Easy Installation

Installation is simple: just push and snap it into place using a long hex nut. Removal is possible using tools such as wire cutters. *The removed product will not perform as intended, so reuse is not recommended.

■CE Marking Compliance

CE regulations require that bolts not fall out of covers when attaching or detaching equipment or devices exported to EU member states. This product is suitable for this purpose and is safe as bolts will not fall out due to vibrations during transport.

■Extensive Lineup

We offer five applicable sizes: M3, M4, M5, M6, and M8, allowing for use with a wide range of bolts. Please contact our representative if you require other sizes.
