This allows you to take advantage of more features than ever before without compromising performance.
■Features
- Tribology tests compatible with over 45 ASTM standards can be performed on one platform Ball/pin-on-disk, thrust test (ring/disk-on-disk), reciprocating test, block-on-ring, scratch test, shell four-ball test , corrosion wear test, etc.
- Compatible with various applications specialized in the automotive field. JASO M348 and SAENo.2 standard clutch material evaluation, ASTMD6425 and other lubricant high-speed vibration tests (SRV test, JASO M358 belt type CVT oil metal-to-metal friction coefficient characteristic test, SAEJ2522 (AKMaster) brake pad test, etc.
・With 11 types of friction load sensors that reduce the noise level to 0.02% of full scale, it is possible to apply loads from a minimum of 1 mN to a maximum of 2,000 N.
・It is possible to detect material destruction using the AE sensor and measure the current status during sliding using the ECR sensor.
- Modularly designed environmental control chamber allows testing in various environments Heating chamber (150 ℃, 400 ℃, 1000 ℃), cooling chamber (-30 ℃), humidity control (5 to 85 %RH) Realizes environmental control such as in a vacuum, in an arbitrary gas atmosphere, etc.
