About This Product

■Enhanced resistance to external noise that is harmful to inspection. Newly adopted for all model coils

Metal detectors use extremely sensitive and delicate sensors to respond sensitively to minute foreign objects. Therefore, they are easily affected by external vibrations and noise, and the higher the sensitivity is used, the greater the risk of malfunction. The newly developed coil takes various measures to further block out harmful noise from the outside. We have thoroughly reviewed the effects of static electricity, distortion caused by temperature changes in the environment, and optimal processing of noise emitted by cables, etc., to achieve highly sensitive and stable operation. This contributes to reducing food loss due to equipment malfunction.

■New inspection (E mode) is standard on all models. Improved "practical sensitivity".

The product (tested item) also affects the metal detector sensor. Technology that separates the "reaction of the product" and the "reaction of the foreign substance" with high precision is important for increasing sensitivity under actual usage conditions (practical sensitivity). New Alcorism's <E-mode> inspection utilizes unique digital signal processing technology to reduce the effects of products and amplify the reaction of foreign objects to a greater extent, making it easier to detect small foreign objects. It is especially effective for inspection items that contain a lot of water and salt and have a large impact on the product (pickles, ham, sausages, miso, etc.).

■Balancing measures that do not reduce inspection accuracy

The particle detector detects foreign objects by aiming at the point where the shadow of the product (inspected item) is the smallest, and with the optimal balance. Conventional equipment could lose its balance due to temperature changes in the old environment or aging of the equipment, but this equipment automatically adjusts the balance and enables stable operation over a long period of time.

■Test piece optimization settings

Sensitivity is automatically set to optimize the balance between target test piece detection sensitivity and stable inspection. This prevents frequent malfunctions caused by increasing the sensitivity more than necessary.

■Pursuing high sensitivity and stability

For metal detectors, there is a difference between the test piece sensitivity listed in the catalog (sensitivity when only foreign objects are passed through) and the foreign object detection sensitivity when the product (inspection item) is actually passed through.
