Magnetic metal detectors can detect foreign substances that are difficult to detect with conventional metal detectors and X -ray inspection machines. With conventional metal detectors, it was difficult to detect foreign substances when aluminum was used for wrapping materials, but this device can be tested without being affected by aluminum.
In particular, it has a strength to detect foreign substances that are not good at other devices, such as small stainless steel (SUS304) pieces, powdered rust, worn metal powder, and resin containing iron components. In addition, since there are no expensive consumables, it can be used at the same low cost as a normal metal detector. Metal foreign substances pass the magnetism by passing the landing unit. (Magnetic) Stainless steel is a non -magnetic body, but it gains the property of landing when the power such as cutting and bending is applied. Aluminum and brass are not landed, so the magnetic sensor does not respond.

Aluminum does not land porcelain, so it does not affect the magnetic sensor, and can only detect a porcelain foreign substance. In addition, the temperature change and salt amount of tested products do not affect the sensor.
