About This Product

■Improving the working environment

The Ant dust removal loader directly connects incinerated ash from a silo hopper to the loading port of a truck or tank truck and inputs it using a telescoping bellows. The dust removal efficiency is almost perfect due to the scavenger method based on a simple principle. It is extremely effective in improving the working environment as it prevents air pollution and dust explosions caused by static electricity.

■Models can be selected depending on usage

We have a wide variety of models available to flexibly accommodate a wide variety of loading ports for trucks and tank trucks, so we will select the most suitable model even outside of standard specifications.

■Global delivery record

Dust removal loaders are used not only in Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, but also in overseas locations such as the UAE, Iraq, Pakistan, and Taiwan. It has been particularly well received by people working in government offices.

■Operating principle

When the dust outlet is connected to a dust collector and operated, the inside of the loader becomes depressurized. The scattered incineration ash then rises outside the scavenger, passes through the bellows, enters the bonnet, and is absorbed by the collector through the dust outlet. This operating principle allows loading while removing the seat.

■Venturi

It smoothly receives incineration ash discharged from silos and hoppers, and lets it fall in a constant flow without scattering.

■Scavenger

It is a double-structured part with a box-shaped and conical tube attached inside the bellows. This prevents the incinerated ash that has passed through the venturi from coming into direct contact with the bellows.

■ Bellows

Manufactured using cloth-filled neoprene rubber with aluminum processing on one side. It has outstanding durability under reduced pressure during loading.
