About This Product

AccuVeyor AVh is a first-in, first-out system and is our unique dynamic accumulator that can be transported without pressure. The belt guided by the belt transfer unit changes the conveying direction by moving up and down, so the product does not move within the device and there is no movement of product between trucks.

We succeeded in developing this product by combining our many years of experience with spiral conveyors and our knowledge of dynamic accumulators.

When the downstream flow rate is lower than the upstream flow rate due to problems with the production line, the flow rate difference between lines can be absorbed in a continuously variable manner by accumulating the transported items and adjusting the flow rate.
It can handle downstream line stoppages and serves as a buffer during short stoppages.
Eliminating the time and effort of restarting the system will also lead to a reduction in the waste of conveyed items, which are time-consuming.
Not only can it absorb temporary speed changes on the production line, but it can also smoothly link upstream and downstream equipment with different start-up times, making it possible to send downstream equipment in optimal conditions.
In conventional accumulators, the conveyed objects may come into contact with each other during accumulation, but in this equipment they do not.
Objects to be transported are pooled vertically while remaining on the line, so they can be collected and transported without pressure.
Since the lifting and lowering parts are made up of a single belt, the conveyed items themselves do not move within the product, allowing first in, first out, and there is no movement between trucks.
