About This Product

Long-distance, long-distance transportation processes such as cooling, freezing, and fermenting products can be accomplished with a single belt. Additionally, we eliminate the need to connect transport equipment and realize the customer's desired layout with a minimum footprint. We can propose several types of patterns depending on the transportation form and application of the product.

■Friction drive system spiral

Achieved low belt tension by using a modular belt. Belt maintenance is also easy and reduces downtime. It can be used for various purposes such as cooling, freezing, accumulating, and fermenting. Various layouts such as ascending, descending, 2-tower, etc. are possible.

■DDS Spiral

Achieves simple drive and orderly spiral conveyance. Conveys products without disrupting their alignment. Additionally, by simplifying the drive system, power consumption and troubles are reduced.

■DDS self stacker

Simplified frame structure with automatic stacking belts and high washability. All drives are equipped outside the warehouse. We have also succeeded in simplifying the drive by eliminating the belt running rail and adopting the DDS method. This reduces problems such as product misalignment and Christmas tree problems. Because it is a stacked belt, maximum effect can be achieved with minimum height.

■Spiral system

We promise to meet our customers' needs in a sanitary manner, maximize our capabilities, and reduce total costs. All spiral drive motors are installed externally, making maintenance easier and easier to clean. The drive drum is suspended from the ceiling, eliminating the need for a floor structure for a hygienic design. One-belt structure with no transfers from entrance to exit.
