■Overview
Digital signage is now used as a next-generation advertising medium everywhere, including airports, subways, large shopping centers, retail stores, and large outdoor billboards, and installation locations continue to diversify.
To meet the need to install digital signage in a variety of harsh environments, iBASE developed the SW-101-N, an IP68 outdoor digital signage player that withstands submersion at a depth of 1.5 m for more than 30 minutes and operates normally across a wide temperature range of -40 to 75 degrees. Equipped with an Intel® Atom™ Processor E3845, it runs stably even in severe environments. It also provides IP68 waterproof and dustproof performance, and its proprietary smart control technology "iCONTROL" and remote monitoring technology "Observer" deliver functions such as automatic power on/off scheduling, automatic power recovery, remote monitoring of temperature and voltage, and low-temperature startup, protecting the system from every angle.
The entire system has passed verification testing, provides IP68 waterproof and dustproof performance, and carries CE/FCC marks, so it not only withstands severe high- and low-temperature environments but also ensures safety. In addition to 1x Mini PCI-E slot for a 4G/LTE or WiFi module, it is equipped with 1x mSATA, enabling wireless data transmission and monitoring. It also greatly reduces the time and effort required to dispatch specialist staff to the site.
